Barack Obama by L.A. Artist- David Choe
I found this wonderfully talented artist while perusing
the web. Look here at David Choe and here at Juxtapoz .
This young man is pure refreshing talent.
Gorgeous image to celebrate this glorious day in our
nation's history.
As our great nation wakes on this inauguration day we
we find ourselves invigorated and fueled with
excitement about this great day in history.
Welcome - Mr. Barack Obama, our 44th President!
Embrace this day.

What a gorgeous piece of artwork. It is a glorious day. I am humbled.
It is.a remarlkable and bright painting and I have embraced the day.
His was a remarkable speech.
Did you notice the pianist on the Quaker song? The quartet was international as we all must become.
My best. Our world. One world.
Yes. The most powerful word in any language.
My only comment is that I don't know what to say.
I loved the moment in the inauguration when the classical music was playing and the camera showed President Obama, listening.
I didn't get to watch much of the ceremonies or activities on TV, but I felt it nonetheless. It was like a weight had been lifted. I have never in my near 50 years of life been so proud to be an American.
The opening story on our local news, though? The hoopla surrounding the return of George and Laura to Texas, with their stop for a speech in Midland. He says he's going to take out the trash now.
I think WE already did.
I love Debi's comment, esp. about Bush!
Beautiful painting. And what a beautiful feeling Mr. and Mrs. Obama bring to our country. I've always been grateful to be an American and live in America, but it's been awhile since I've felt proud of that fact. It's nice to feel proud again.
Oh yes this is stunning, very alive and reflective of what is an important event for all, not just americans. What happens in America has a ripple effect here. Must check out the link!
Very, very nice!
really good
